We were contracted in April of 2019 for a 10,000 sq ft slab on a commercial building project.
Due to testing and recommendations, over a year long process, by city inspectors, engineers and geotechnical professionals work was temporarily halted. Once is resumed in March of 2020, JR&B completed the piers and footing, followed by compaction (and more compaction) until all of the tests were passed. Then the slab was finally poured!
Everything went beautifully once the work was able to commence and the owner is very pleased.
